Refund policy

At Steal the Beat, every piece is made with intention — many items are handmade and personalized to order. Because of this, our refund policy is structured around the production and shipping stages below.

1. Order not yet shipped If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel it and receive a full refund. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of your original order date. However, once an order enters production, cancellations can no longer be guaranteed.

2. Order shipped — no defect Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded, provided the item arrives as described and free of defects. This is because our products are personalized and made specifically for each customer, and cannot be resold once production and shipping are complete.

3. Order shipped — wrong item sent If we make an error and ship the wrong item, you are eligible for a refund, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

No other circumstances qualify for a refund. Outside of the three situations above — including issues such as a change of mind after shipping, sizing preferences, or delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier — orders are final.

How to request a refund To request a cancellation or refund, contact us at info@stealthebeat.africa with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days and, where approved, will process refunds to your original payment method within 10 business days. The processed funds to reach you may take longer depending on your bank. 

Proof of defect / wrong item claims When filing a claim for a wrong item sent, please include clear photos of the item received and its original packaging. This helps us verify and resolve your claim quickly.

All sales final once shipped Except for the two exceptions outlined above (wrong item sent or order canceled before shipping), all sales are final once an order has shipped. As each piece is made to order, items cannot be resold once they leave our hands.

Governing law These policies are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
