Production time All Steal the Beat pieces are handmade to order. Standard production time is 5–7 working days from the date your order is confirmed. During periods of high demand (such as new collection launches or seasonal peaks), production time may extend beyond this window — we will notify you if your order is affected.

Shipping time Once your order is ready, shipping typically takes an additional 5–7 working days, depending on your delivery location.

Shipping provider Orders are shipped using a trusted courier operating in your delivery area. Shipping partners may vary by region to ensure the most reliable service for your location.

Tracking If applicable: You will receive a tracking number once your order ships, so you can follow its progress.

Shipping costs Shipping costs depend on the delivery location and are the buyer's responsibility, unless the order total is over 1500 GHC, in which case shipping is free within Accra.

Liability during transit Steal the Beat is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier once an order has been handed over for delivery. If your item arrives damaged due to mishandling in transit, please contact us at info@stealthebeat.africa within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you with the courier directly.

Incorrect delivery details Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Order changes before shipping Need to update your size, color, or personalization details? Contact us at info@stealthebeat.africa within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order enters production, changes can no longer be guaranteed.

International orders For orders shipped outside Ghana, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These are determined by local customs authorities and are outside our control.

Governing law These policies are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
